Fees & Taxes
Access to premium features requires payment of fees as displayed at purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Non‑payment may result in suspension of paid services.
Subscription Management
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You may manage auto‑renewal settings via your account dashboard. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No partial refunds are provided.
Service Updates
The service may modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes that materially affect functionality will be announced at least seven days prior when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised service. No compensation is owed for changes.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.
Intellectual Property Rights
All software, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Legal action may be pursued for infringement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. All implied warranties—including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. You assume all risks associated with use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the service nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding six months. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, which may not apply in full.
